[Resolved] Tata Sky — complaining about recharge offer. | |||
My name is shampa naskar, [protected], [protected]. According to tata sky tv advertisement through recharge of tata sky via freecharge on rs 300 and above, rs 60 will be cashback. So, i talked to tata sky customer care on 28.02.18 and after getting confirmation i recharged rs 300 through freecharge app. On 01.03.18 i talked to customer care tata sky where it was told that within 24 hours cashback amount of rs 60 would be credited on freecharge wallet. Matter of the regret that no cashback amount is credited in freecharge wallet will now. I have called several times on customer but i got unsatisfied result. Pls look into the matter urgently and pls give me feedback. Was this information helpful? | |||
