[Resolved] Tata Sky — complaint about wrong information provided by customer care executive | |||
My name is Jay Parekh and i have taken a new tata sky connection on 2 dec at my residence, i was offered amazon fire stick with the offer in which i had to pay 249 every month after the trial period gets over and 3 months of amazon prime was free for 3 months, i told the contact center executive that i already have a amazon prime subscription of 1 year so why should i pay 129 monthly after 3 months for amazon prime, he told that u dont have to pay anything i[censored] already have amazon subscription and today i received a call from another executive she told u have to pay 129 whatsoever, so when i asked her how much sure she is about the information she is giving me, on asking this question she hung upon me.
