Dear trai team, This reference to my complaint against tata sky dth service provider, where my subscriber id is: - [protected], where i have availed bi – annual pack which was valid till sept 2020, i called up the call center of tata sky to register my complaint against discontinuing my bi-annual in the name of trai guidelines, where i have shared the news article, where trai secretary sunil k gupta has clearly mentioned that customer’s can continue with their long duration packs as per their wish till expiry of the long duration packs. (Also attached news article with reference to about above news reference.) I have also 1st given complaint at the local call center of tata sky, but they closed my complaint no. 1ewrfl5b, without resolving the queries. & then i write to their md harit nagpal & also to their nodal officer, but they refused to follow the guidelines regarding continuation of old long duration packs, but they refused to adhere the guidelines issued by trai & following their own policies, when i asked the refund of my entire money back into my savings a/c they refuse to refund the amount back into a/c. & i also asked for the policies given by trai for the cancellation /discontinuation of long duration packs, they also refuse to share such policies & also not ready to put up the same on their websites. I request you to take strict action against tata sky against for not following the guidelines issued by the trai on time to time basis & penalize them financially for troubling the customer’s. As per TRAI direction, following the new Tariff order, service providers will migrate their customers to the best fit plan carrying their key current channels. This process is being done in a phased manner every day to migrate the millions of customers. Each customer has the option of changing their channels and packs at any point in time, before or after the migration. For this, please download the Tata Sky App or visit mytatasky.com and go to Manage Pack, or visit your nearest dealer.
