[Resolved]  Tata Sky — complaint number 1843zh4p

Dear Tata Sky,

My name is puneet jain and my registered mobile number is [protected]. I am the registered user of sports dhamaka pack. I had recharge annually yearly package of Sport Dhamaka with a sum of rS 6315 in September 2017 and the plan was expired on 30/09/2018. I have recharge for the next year subscription on 16/09/2018, which was originally expired on 30/09/2018 for annual sports dhamaka pack 15 days in advance.

After my recharge i have enquired from tata sky team that i have recharge for another year, but still the system shows my tata sky validity till 30/09/2018 and the concenred authorised representative of tata sky has lodged my complaint and activate the package from 16/09/2018 till 15/09/2019. I have checked the system and came to know my validity till 15/09/2019 instead of 30/09/2019 i.e i have paid a sum for the one year 01/10/2018 till 30/09/2019.

i have lodged 4-5 times complaint, but still not found any resolution. all the times same answer that as per tata sky policy you will not get the benefit of original period. its your mistake why you have recharge the amount in advance and all of the times they have closed down my complaint.

Now i am approaching you again and hope i will get the resolution. if i will not get any resolution inrespect of same, i am thinking off to raise the concern before consumer court.
