Tata Sky — complaint reg: signal issue & poor service by tatasky | |||
Last fifteen days I am not getting signal in my TataSky setup box continuously, with the signal coming and going frequently despite of a clear weather. Though I complained to the customer care via the mentioned Tata sky helpline many times, yet so far the problem with the signal persists. This is really frustrating despite the fact that I am paying the subscription charges regularly. Last time your service person had checked my setup box, dish antenna, connection cable and TV set, stating all to be in good working condition. Now this leaves me with only one conclusion that the problem is from your side. On 2nd July 2018 as well the 9th July 2018 I had complained through Email and that time your reaction was "my complaint was too short" for the company to comply, hope now this is sufficient for your consideration and to rectify the problem. Also note that do not expect me to pay the next subscription amount and continue using TataSky with not being able to access the basic service that you are supposed to provide at the very least.
