Tata Sky — Complaint regarding charging extra amount by adding additional pack without concern of the customer | |||||
I have a tata sky dth connection (Consumer id. [protected]). On 03.05.2016, company automatically added one addition channel on my connection which amounts rs. 59/- p.M. Without my consent.Company made a phone call to me and told that the same has been added. When i asked the caller to drop the same, she replied to call the customer care. I also tried to call customer care but they did not responded. They i tried to discontinue the channel through online but it is notifying that the same will be discontinued after 01 month only. It is a very wrong practice. I like to drop the pack immediately. I hope that a corrective action will be initiated against these thing. Was this information helpful? | |||||
