[Resolved] Tata Sky — Complaint regarding non migration of old set top box to new | |||||
Sir It is very shameful to write to you regarding the subject mentioned above. I am the old customer and purchased Tata sky(ID [protected]) in 2007 and it was functional till 2010. After that I have inactivated through call due to some unavoidable region. Now I am shifted to Sukhovi, Dimapur Nagaland and wanted to reactivate my old tata sky. I called on 28/12/16 and got reply that I have to recharge first, then Tata sky customer care will help me. I recharged for Rs 350/- Only on same day, but after recharge I was not able to see the videos, only sound was coming, then immediately I called the customer care and got reply that your set top box is old so you have to migrate your set top box to new version free of cost and regarding this complaints has been registered. But till date so many phone call has been received from many people of Tata sky and I also called several times but still no body has reported with new set top box till date. And also my recharge amount is gradually deducting.
