[Resolved] Tata Sky — complaint regarding poor service & customer care fraud. | |||
I have been log a request for deinstallation of tata sky dth system on 11.03.2019 with wo#1cwddxwj. Scheduled provided by customer care on 13.03.2019 18:40 to 19:40, but no body came to execute to work after that i called to customer care and he give the time for today (14.03.2019) up to 10:00hr. My monthly pack is still active till 10th of march channels are not coming last 3 days. if i try to call back it is coming as we will call back... its so annoying no response from tata sky. I didnt expected this kind of behavior
