Tata Sky — connection is not working since i bought (one month) - 20 complaints - subscription id : 1269139141

I bought new tata sky connection before one month.
My subscription id : [protected]
From 2nd day, i was doing complaints against problem (Not working tata sky)
I did almost 15-20 complaints against problem... But still not resolved...
They took my new setup box and gave very old setup box (Without fixing problem).. I asked why you changed my setup box... He said that its company policy... But still my problem is not solved...
I come to know that its signal issue...
Why my setup box is changed... I need it back...
