[Resolved] Tata Sky — customer care is not removing unnecessary channel | |||
Sir, I purchased a tata sky dth on 19 sep 19 but it is charging more amount on the name of package. I requested customer care of tata sky on 22 sep 19 to remove some channels but it expressed its inability and informed me to either contact dealer or download app. As i am out of home town so i am not able to contact dealer and from the app i am not getting the required help. Due to this i am forced to get unnecessary channels and pay more amount. I requeste your kind honour to initiate necessary action to resolve my problems. Was this information helpful? | |||
