Tata Sky — customer care not responding since 42 days | |||
Sir, I have called tata sky customer care in agra several times to change my DTH set top box as it is not receiving any channel. But they always replied we will come and change your set top box, I don't know when that day will come. I have already lost my 42 days subscription money as not receiving any channel. My DTH customer I'd is [protected]. To contact customer care we have to pay atleast 10 to 15 rupees per call as it will take 5 to 8 minutes to connect to the customer care and then it connects they said I am not getting you please come again.
