[Resolved]  Tata Sky — dd national not showing

DD National (Channel 114), already being a free channel, is included in our subscription pack but on the television it says that "the Channel is not subscribed". We also sent SMS on 56633 to add the channel from the RMN but from there also the reply was that it is already a part of our subscription. Then why it's not showing on the television?

This is the wrong card for the set-up box (pairing error) plez solve it
After long time i recharged it for time pass becz my offic is closed due to covid19 so plez help as soon as possible
