[Resolved] Tata Sky — de installation of tata sky | |||
Im already a tata sky subscriber and relocating from andheri to thane.. Had put up a request for de installation on saturday morning so that i could re install in thane. Even after regular follow ups nobody has turned up. I have only been recieving msgs of the visit but nobody turned up for 4 days. I have finally shifted last evening and your executive calls me today for de installation of my service. Since i have already relocated i asked your executive to de install d same and arrange to send to thane office. He was quite rude and denied and asked me to take up a new connection here. Im disappointed with the kind of response i have received from your staff. I either want my security deposit back or arrange for my new installation. Im talking a new exective everyday and just fed up repeating the same story everyday. Arrange some one to fix up my connection along with the antenna. Or rather we dont waste each others time and i throw both my set up boxes and take a new connection fron some other cable network
