Due to school and board examination of my school going children, please deactivate my tatasky connection (Id no.[protected]) for some months. I will recharge my connection in time i. E. From 1st of march 2018 when I am turning on the tv and opening the chanels then a black screen is being displayed on the screen flashing the message "This is the wrong card for this set up box (pairing error) ".so plz give a solution

I want to change my email id for Tata sky dth. and my RMN in Tata sky don't get any subscription msg and password reset msg just showing error. Plz resolve this problem as early as possible.
