Tata Sky — Deduction of Amount Towards the Binge without my consent

This is in reference to the deduction of amount of 299 on 7th June.
On complaining to the customer care about the deduction of amount towards the activation of the Binge. But to my knowledge i didn't activate the binge service.
I asked about the mode of the activation. The informed that any binge video has been clicked. Upon starting it asks for subscription upon clicking the money gets deducted from the account.
We can call it as a scam as for individual channels of amount 5-10 Rs they ask for missed call or sms from the registered mobile no.
While amount of 299 will be deducted directly. Another thing is that it is not pro rata the amount will be deducted for the month subscription, and it can't be deactivated, and pro-rata money will not be refunded
Tv is accessed by all the members even the kids. Just a click deducts the money from your account is unethical practice.
I am looking for refund and request to add the security feature.
