[Resolved] Tata Sky — defected set top box with worst service. | |||
My subscriber id is [protected]. I am a consumer of tata sky since 2009.in june 2015 after a lot of complaints and email to this cheater people they replace me the set top box with current mpeg4 enabled. I have no any trouble with the original (Earlier) set top box. But the new so called set top box they provided was started technical trouble after few months as it works for 15-20 minutes and then stop working and keeps on stand and alert mode. We checked with their people and find that this problem is not because o[censored]s, but because of the set top box hundreds of time i called their customer desk to replace it but they are charging unnecessary money and talk with me in bad language and telling you don't have any option since you have paid us in advance. They are only interested with the new subscriber since the old subscribers are having high dissatisfaction. My request to please convey this problem to higher authority since they are not providing their contact details. Don't take this dth's connection because one they new consumer will also become old and they will behave with you rudely. Was this information helpful? | |||
