[Resolved] Tata Sky — Digicard consistent issue | |
Hi team, I have been a regular customer of Tata sky and recently I recharged my Tata sky account last week.There is issue of digi card which consistently occurring. The error says digicard card not inserted properly. I have connected with customer care and they said that I have to pay 175 for technician and extra charges for any other issue.However I have already paid 300 rupees twice for signal issue which occurred in last 6 months. I would like to take proper action on Tata sky and I would also request Tata sky to look into this. Otherwise I have also planned to opt for Airtel DTH which is better then Tata sky.
