[Resolved]  Tata Sky — doing fraud

Dear sir from. Last 1 month we are getting problem (Id [protected]) and acttually its harsment by tata sky.
There is problem in our one connection out of 4 that one is on gaurantee. When technician come he changed rotator and said problem will be solved and there will no charge for anything same is communicate to customer care.
After that problem still there, next day some other technician came and he change one joint in wire and than problem resolved but next day we find that tata sky deduct around 800 rs because of tecnician charge and rotator replacement.
When i call to customer care and expain that first those thing in gaurantee and also they are working but unnneccary your technician change that, than i got reply sir sorry for that we will transfer your amonut in 48 hrs.
After 48 hrs i call to customer care they told sir till 19 sept it will resolved.
But today on 19 problem is still there and i did almost 40 call in 15 days and every time i have to expain all matter.
Sir as a result we are stop 2 connection out of 4.
Now why i am telling you as i stop my connection because sir your people are doing fraud and that is no one here to listen.
