[Resolved] Tata Sky — Dth account inactive for 4 days even after recharge

We recharged our account Id:- [protected] four days back and it's still showing account deactivate, please recharge. We have been calling them regularly for 4 days and their response is same...issue has been raised, please wait for 24 hours. This behaviour of theirs is going on for 4 days now and they are still not able to resolve this issue.
