I haven't received the offer of getting the scratch card of rs1000.

I want you to cancel my transaction of n1902112003078839129651

I feel that you guys are really fraud, please refund my amount back to my bank account immediately, and also provide the scratchcard which wasn't given to me.

If not i will be taking legal issues against phonepe. Please take take it seriously.

My hd Tata sky box not working means it's not showing any red, green light. But tv is working properly.. Now tell me what to do??

The operator not provided Trai rules of DTH to customer till today
Tata sky is not allowing to select channels as per TRAI regulations. They have made the web interface so difficult to use, you just can't understand what is happening. It logs out automatically every minute while you are choosing the channels. They are total fraud.

You can choose packs of your choice from Tata Sky Recommended packs or Broadcaster packs. You can additionally also choose channels of your choice at applicable rates to create a subscription of your choice. You can do so through the following modes:
1. Self-care portal: mytatasky.com (in the manage packs section)
2. Tata Sky mobile app (in the manage packs section)
3. Visit your nearest Tata Sky dealer
