[Resolved]  Tata Sky — dth relocation request failed, charged again for the same

I had raised a relocation request 1 year ago.
Tata sky seems to have collabaration with third party dealers whom the requset will be transferred to for the installation of dth at new address.
We paid rs.300/ as relocation charges to the technician who came.

After one year we were facing an issue with our dth and raised a request. Seems they hadn't updated the address and blaming us that we didn't follow the right
Procedure. Seems there was no commincation between the team to whom the request has been transferred to and tata sky team. Now they had raised a relocation request,
Even though i was telling them i followed the all the procedure earlier and paid the money.

They have just updated the address this time and charged me 300 rupees, though more than 5 executives and 1 senior executive clearly assuring me
That they won't be deducting any money from my account.

They are willing to share voice recording of my compliants with me even i requested all the executives i spoke to.

Also when the call drops in the middle of giving a complaint they wouldn't even care to call back and we need to again go through the harassing experience of explaining everything to the new executive from the beginning.

Hi, we've refreshed the signal. Please turn off the set-top box for few minutes. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.
Still waiting for the engineer to visit, it has been 4 days WO is not attanded and also did not receive any call from service center. since May 15 called [protected] every day and the answer same within 2 hrs engineer will visit but no one came...
Can any one look into it or I should switch to Airtel...
