[Resolved] Tata Sky — Dth service not providing

Since 24/4/2017, disc of dth service dislocated due to fast wind. Complained
Over phone for request of service and given reminder online (Ref. No-wtgg3jl). Again gave reminder on 25/4, 26/4 (Ref. No-wuounss & wum360m respectively). On 26/4/2017, also talk over phone on the subject
(Activity no-a-[protected] attended by ms deepika). Till date no body attended for the service and i, am unable to visit any channels of tatasky, since than.
Hereby requested to refund money (Balance amt. Of, advance given), as the service is not provided by the tata sky.,

Updated by Arun Kumar Banerjee Finally tatasky service attended on 29/4/2017 after so many false asurence.and resolved the problem. Strange to see the lack of poor service of such a reputed company. I, have suffered approx 6 days due to lack of service, and seems nobody bothers or having accountability for their service.
