[Resolved] Tata Sky DTH — Sub - Tata sky D2H company. Non refund of FRC of Rs. 821 PLUS ACTIVATION THK KIT MRP Rs. 999 till now
Sir - I Ram Kishor (KISHOR ELECTRONICS) honourly request you to take this matter on priority. On. 07/06/2014. I (KISHOR ELECTRONICS - Tata sky delar ID 3618949 mob. No. [protected]) booked a new connection Dated 07/06/2014 on the name of Mr. Sharad Bajpai at the below Address - CI site 2nd pankee industriyal Area kanpur with - Customer ID-[protected], after Activation of kit Rs.999 + FRC of Rs.821. The installer of Tata sky went to the above customer Address and rejected the site because of singnal problem and cancelled the connection. Later on Mr. Sharad Bajpai (customer) told me that the installer has cancel my connection. On 07/06/2014. I Called my Distributor J.J. Electronics. Kanpur Manager name - Suneel Pandey and ( Salesman - Sumit Bajpai ) about cancellation & given the complete detail vourbelly and SMS as asked by him so that he can refund the money as early as possible . And they told me that the refund will be maid in your EVD Account within a week. Upto 14/06/2014. I could not recieve the refund So I made the call to Tata Sky callcenter toll free [protected] and told my all problem & the operator told me that your request is submitted to Tata sky and your request no. is - 1-[protected] and the case will be solved with in seven days. but sofor nothing has been done by Tata sky D2H company & Distributor point J.J. Electronics Kanpur. On the same customer ID (Mr. Sharad bajapi ) of the ATM of Rs. 100 was given to me after booking. But when the request ID was generated by the company it was reimbersed by the Tata sky D2H company with in a short period (3 or 4 days ). But my FRC Amount 821 & Activation Kit MRP.999 is yet pending & no refund is made. Again on 17/07/2014. I made the call & ask about the outcome of my request (No-1-[protected]). The operater listened me carefully and for warded my same request no to high athority and told me that a company call will be generated with in 24 hours to you and the matter will be solved. On 19/07/2014 when I did not recieve the call by the company I made the call again and ask about my matter giving reference of my request no.(1-[protected]) the operator or athority told that we can not do any thing at our point this is the matter or problem between you & the Distributor point J.J. Electronics. Today (19/07/2014) i call back to Salesman Mr. Sumit Bajpai & asked about FRC of Rs.821 refund + Kit MRP.999 said to him that I will make the complain through LEGAL notice / Consumer Complaints / RTI and then he Told Me "JO KUTCH KARNA HAI KAR LO KUTCH NAHI KAR PAOGE ". So i kindly request the Tata sky D2H Authority or company to refund my above said amount by cheque also request withdraw the demos provided by the company after refunding the demo amount of Rs.2000 (Two Demo). Because as per the company/Distributor rule - (verbally) that you have to buy five pcs THK Kit Rs.999 with in three months for each Demo as per the instruction each demo requires 20 pcs Kit Rs.999 MRP for continuation of 12 months which requires THK kit 40 pcs MRP Rs.999or MRP Rs. 599 in one year for two demos whereas i activated or booked 72 pcs THK kit MRP Rs. 999 dated from 11/3/2013 to 22/6/2014, still my demos are shutdown by the tata sky company . And Distributor J.J. ELECTRONICS is asking to buy 10 pcs THK Kit MRP Rs. 999 for activation two demos which is unjustified. So i request to close Tata Sky counter at my Kishore Electronics Naubasta Kanpur and refund my demoes ammount of Rs 2000, FRC Rs. 821, THK Kit MRP Rs. 999, and also refund the ammount of two sheild pack THK Kit MRP Rs. 999n which are still held by me . So i honourly request Consumer Complaint Forum to look into matter/ problem and do the favour to me as the TATA SKY D2H company and distributor J.J. ELECTRONICS are not listening to me .
