[Resolved]  Tata Sky — earlier complain of "hd+ set top box not working properly" is not resolved

Earlier complain no. Is wo#12q2j96y.
Complain was regarding that the recording facility of set top box is not working properly. Even the earlier recorded programme is not possible to play some times. It also switched over automatically from one channel to other when we try to watch.
Without solving the problem, company has cancelled the complain without satisfaction.
Please solve the problem or refund the latest recharge amount so that i can go to other service provider.
