[Resolved] Tata Sky — executive behavior and channel pack distribution

In previous call executive promised me that she will provide me some channels for free of cost as i'm a new customer
I'd subscribed bumper offer for 6 month's
But i needed only 1sports channel free
But in next call executive says it's not possible executive behavior is rude,
He is unable to solve my problem
Executive name vijay bhaskar
Plz take a necessary action against the executive
And provide a proper training to executive
Plz make a proper distribution of channels in pack's from which customers can enjoy the services
