Tata Sky — Extra packages added without consent and charging / exhausting money paid for actual subscription to alter next recharge date


Every time I delete two packages from my subscription before paying monthly charges. They are Kids HD pack 58 rs and Marathi regional HD pack 88 rs. I have to do this because somebody from Tata Sky adds these packages to my subscription without any intimation. But to my drawback, because of this unknown and unwarned addition, my subscription expiry date is reduced and it expires earlier because these packages daily consume the amount that I paid for monthly subscription. I took many screenshots of payment date, subscription, packages that I chose, and packages forcefully added by Tata sky to my account and complained twice about the repeated incidents of such act to the senior customer service of Tata Sky. But there has been no sound resolution given by them. The objective of this act is clear that they want consumers like me to forcefully get rebilled earlier and higher. Consumers can do nothing once the amount paid against monthly subscription is finished earlier than the estimated renewal date. The consumer has to end up paying again and getting the subscription corrected by removing these additional packages forcefully added by Tata Sky. Hence, my complaint is that Tata Sky anynomously adds extra packages to my subscription every month without my consent and reduces my monthy subscription expiry date so that I get rebilled sooner than expected.
