[Resolved] Tata Sky — Failed transaction refund not processed for more than 16 days now | |
Hi Team, I have recharged 500 Rs. for tatasky twice from my phonepe mobile app on 17th October 2020 and i got successful recharge receipt from phonePe for both transactions but both the time the transaction got failed at tatasky account and got failed transaction message also failed transaction id for tatasky are mentioned below, the amount has been deducted from my bank account but the tata sky account did not get recharged.when i spoke to phonePe customer service they say the recharge was successful from there end and they processed amount to operator which is tata sky in this case so asked me to check with tatasky customer support. But when i contact tatsky customer support and raise complaint they simply close ticket without any resolution or not even intimating me same and i rasied 3-4 time complaints and all are closed it's been 14 + days now and i did not get a refund also please take necessary action and escalate this issue.
