[Resolved] Tata Sky — fooling customers and overcharging without intimation | |||
Tatasky are worst providers, they install the DTH and their installation person gives wrong information about HAD and ultra pack which tataksy provide free for one month. After that they don't even tell that we have to call the customer care if we reach the online for different pack. I recharged my tatasky DTH for 2260 rupees for six months and it was clearly mentioned the pack is of 399 for 6 months. Now today just in three months I am getting notification that my balance is 0. When I asked tatasky technician initially he never told me that what is the process . Even at the time of reach the there were no isntructions mentioned . I am really frustrated. I have three atta sky connections and I will really stop using their services from all my three connections. Main reason is when I called customer care three times all the people are not want to listen the complaint and admit their mistake. Even as a compensation or refund they don't want to give few days of subscription . They are cheap and small company . If there are other providers or bigger companies they might have done something for customer satisfaction. Guys please don't use tatasky worst DTH providers Was this information helpful? | |||
