IT RESPONDED OUR SERVICE ENGINEER WILL CONTACT YOU. NO ONE RESPONSE AND NO ANY CALLS FROM ENGINEERS. WE ARE FED UP WITH THE SERVICE WE CANNOT SPEAK DIRECTLY TO TATA SKY HELPLINE PEOPLE. IF ANY UPGRADATION IS THERE AND WE ARE READY TO VIEW WITH THE EXISTING SETUP BOX. HOW CAN YOU STOP THE CHANNELS ON EXISTING SETUP BOX ?
