[Resolved] Tata Sky — fraud of balance | |||
First we have normal sd setup box of tata sky and we have upgraded it to hd setup box but before that we have a call with the customer care, they told me i only have to pay rs 999 to upgrade, and i will get all hd & sd channels free for 3 month and i should not have to give any other extra charges, but they have deactivated my account & excusing me Was this information helpful? | |||

It shows wrong card for setup box But there is nothing wrong with it.

Hi! Remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back(The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.
