[Resolved] Tata Sky — Frequent Charges for same complaint not solved. | |||
Last 3/4 months back I (pankaj waval subscriber Id : [protected]) had complained abt non working of my set top box, few channel not receiving signals properly and requested for 2 new multitv connections. Next day tecnicain vinay maurya from jaiambe service center dombivali west near water tank, maharashtra nagar, technician came and replaced my set top box with old one for Rs.600 charge and fixed 2 new multitv connections and adviced me that few channels which u were not receiving signals may be leakage from your consealed wiring in your house and said we will do new wire installation bypassing your consealed wiring, technician did not do that and went. After 3/4 months later same complaint now same problem with set top box non functional and channels not receiving signals. Again same old story repeated, Aurogant technician vinay maurya, jaiambe services, dombivli came replaced set top box charged Rs.600 for that, but did not do the wiring work, which he had adviced last 3/4 months back. I insisted him to do the wire installation work, he refused to do and said i have not brought the wire, drill machine etc. You should have told me to bring that. And aurogantly said do my complaint i[censored] want to do. Now tell me how can an customer will tell technician to bring all necessary equipments with him. Again next day i called customer care and complained about technician and spoke to senior person from tatasky. He again asked about technician visit which will not be charged to you, but statement say negative balance of Rs. -961/- I was having a positive balance of Rs. 78/- To my surprise this is white collar cheating.
