[Resolved]  Tata Sky — frequent issue at tata sky past 5-6 months - signal loss

Myself Mr. Arun Kumar Verma been facing frequent problem since more than 4-5’months regarding signal issue now compelled to writing this mail to all concern authorities of Tata Sky and Mahagun Mywoods. I have called more than 20-30 times and your service engineer visited number of times at my location for the same issue but they are not able to rectify the concern regarding signal failed and providing error of "Weather issue & no Signal".

Your different service engineers are already visited at my location i.e.
1. Mr. Rajender[protected]
2. Mr. Ravi - [protected]
3. Executive - [protected]
4. Mywood engineer[protected]
5. Bablu - [protected]
6. Rohit (Triple Play from Mahagun) - [protected]
7. Tatasky landline number - [protected]
And many more executives visited at my location many times but every time we are elaborating the same issue with all engineers, why not you have complete history of complaint available on your system with last all attended engineers contact detail.

Briefing of Issue:
a. Period of issue- Facing similar issue from past 5-6 months atleast
b. Problem - Signal completely Lost
c. Briefing :
---Joint venture between TATA Sky and Mahagun Mywoods
---Common Disc for all customers
---Frequent signal lost or completely failed
---Screenshot and videos of signal issue shared to all above executives on Whatsup and email also
---Every time complaint moving in between Mahagun Mywoods and Tata Sky
---Amplifier also installed but yet issue not resolved and rectified
--- Mostly in the morning no signal coming and all channels lost
--- Not know whether internal issue, Power issue or ODU issue
---Signal quality completely ZERO or fluctuate
---As advised by your last visited engineer Setup Box also changed with HD Box and but issue yet not rectified
--- Channel automatically come and automatically gone
--- I have 1 more tata sky connection at my native which is working fine & no issue
--- Also recharged connection timely as reputed customer but no care from your end, even no one bother and visited number of times without any proper resolution
--- Everytime your engineers are doing new activities at my residence but no solution at all. Now getting mentally saturated and situation gets pathetic.
--- please see all my complaints logged through email and CC, similar issue raised from long time but no one is capable to identify the issue.
---Now as a customer I am moving around the table of TATASKY & Mahagun Mywoods joint venture without any resolution
---please advise who will bear the loss of amount which recharged regularly without seeing the channel properly. Who will compensate this loss of mental/financial harassment made by TATA SKY & Mahagun Society.

I have connected several times and also raised requests number of times & they will send a technician to check the issue, nothing will happened and when we call they will schedule a site visit without proper resolution and they have close the requests that the issue has been resolved. I paid for this from several months but never used the service..this is the worst customer service I have had in a long time...

The service provided by Tata sky is very pathetic. I would never suggest anyone to buy this kind of services due to your poor service and facing from past 5-6 months.

Earlier I was very much impressed with our respected CEOS Mr. Ratan Tata working & his vision, He is very much social. TATA such a big and long running organisation, earlier was very much customer friendly, so much employee friendly and under such kind of big company now customer satisfaction become zero and condition become!! Pathetic!.

Request next time when next engineer will visit at my location, please tell him to take previous history of issues from all above engineers and then visit for permanent resolution.

Hope this time you will provide end to end resolution and compensate me as well of customer loss.
