[Resolved]  Tata Sky — frequent signal distortion due to loose installation of dish antenna

Yesterday morning registered complain for proper installation of my dish anteena, as usual response from customer care "your complain will be attended in next 24 hours
"
Nobody visited my residence, instead someone kept my request on hold saying "customer not available at residence" Totally fake

Same has been informed to three executives of senior management cell by calling since yesterday to resolve my problem but the response is pathetic.

It's second day problem not resolved

Surprising Fact, technicians are available at Urbanclap to attend the problem immediately

When i try to see tata sky channel on my Desktop, i get the following error

Hi, help is here. Please restart the PC/Laptop so that drivers are properly booted. Check the instruction manual if you have it, or the product listing on the manufacturer's website, to see if there's any mention of HDCP compliance. If you are still uncertain, you will need to speak to the retailer or contact the manufacturer directly to confirm.

Past 4 days my tata sky dish setup was disturb on that day I had to register complain of regarding that issue to their help line no. continuously 4 days (from 5 to 8 july 2019) but they do not give me proper response for that issue
