Tata Sky — harassment by tata sky employees | |||
Due to unprofessional behaviour by tata sky technicians (They refused to relocate my tv dish on 31-oct-2018) and subsequent re-scheduling and no technician showing up on the provided appointment dates, i had asked tata sky to cancel my account and refund my balance. Tata sky has done neither, and representatives keep calling and emailing asking me "if you wish to cancel your account", despite me clearly detailing the request for cancellation by phone and email. With each email, they provide a reduced balance available for refund, and have not taken any steps towards cancellation or refund. The refund to be provided should be my balance as on 31-oct-2018. I cannot be expected to keep answering their calls, and have told them multiple times to stop calling me. This is customer harassment and needs to stop. Was this information helpful? | |||
