This is to inform you that I Saurabh Gupta son of RG Gupta whoes consumer number is [protected] is very sad to state that on 9th of April 2014 one of your representative named Gurucharan Singh called my mother . She is an old lady and was not well . He asked her do you see tata sky and which pack to which she said yes i have a connection. This fellow of yr company disconnected the call and on her mobile msg came you have been charged 49 rupees for active coiking. My problem is when i dont want any active cooking then why am i forced . Please take necessary action...
