[Resolved]  Tata Sky — hd+ box and lnb

Hd+ set top box not working properly. Also have lnb issue. Already replaced once on paid basis. Have never been able to watch hd+1channels. H ave been a customer from the day one taraju was launched. Have 3 connections. Have been paying over 1200 rs per month. Please help me in resolving the issues. Do not want to switch the provider. Look forward to some immediate response.

Firstly, a person really gets irritated by calling them again and again. The helpline numbers given on the websites and tv are useless. There is just one number that works and after calling on that number there is no response from Tatasky. Seriously this is the worst service provider I have come through.

Hi, we understand what this has been like for you. Commercial negotiations with broadcasters broke down because what they were seeking would have forced us to hike our prices. Hence we have had to drop a few channels while keeping the popular ones on. Please bear with us for some time because we are doing this in our subscriber's interest. I contacted customer care to know about the offer available at my Tata sky account.
He told me that there is a offer available for a year in 1950.
But when I recharged my account and contact them to activate the offer than they said there is no such offer available.
And also they are mentally harassing.
