[Resolved] Tata Sky — high charges and no proper service

I have been modifying my channels manually since a month but nothing is getting modified as per my requirement, to modify channels it takes almost half hour to select and we dont have option to select as per our requirement even though we select charges are very high and also once we select the channela it says u r request is in process and the desired channel wont activate, and when tried to contact customer care they keep u on hold for more than 15mins and then line disconnects,, also very poor service since two days thers no volume in telugu hd channels and tried to raise complaint but customer care keeps on hold for long time
