[Resolved] Tata Sky — I am compilating for my box saying wrong card for this set top box | |||
I didn't use the service for 4 months. Then i recharged yesterday but it is not working. On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no.[protected] digicard id[protected]" My subscriber id is [protected] Please resolve this problem as i trust your good company. I am a loyal tata sky consumer. Feb 18, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 16, 2020 Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, that's not how it should have been. Remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back(The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.

Some of the channels are freezing and Tata sky is asking for technician visit which they are charging me ₹150. The issue is not from my side but their side then why am I being charged?
