[Resolved] Tata Sky — irresponsible | |||||
My rmn is [protected] I have two tata sky connections one.[protected] - active Another one [protected] - as i was out of chennai deactivated due to lack of funds. On my return on feb. 13th, after talking to their help line for damal mix pack, a sum of Rs. 3290/- as annual subscription and on their advice paid another 40/- rs. Totalling 3330/- After making payment, when i contacted their help line for reconnection, they said the amount Is 3900/-plus, and now i feel that i am cheated and do not want to continue with this connection. I have already registered my complaint on 15th feb. Giving my bank details to refund my Subscription. A follow up message also sent yesterday. No one contacted.
