Tata Sky — issue regarding amount not been credited to tata sky from reliance digital tv (migration connection)

This is bn das writing from hyderabad (Telangana).
I am an existing customer of tata sky having subscriber id - [protected].

My connection was migrated from reliance digital tv to tata sky services on 31 sept 2017. And according to tata sky policy my reliance digital tv amount should be credited to my present tata sky account within 7 days.
Its 15th day as of now and my reliance digital tv amount has still not been credited to my tata sky account.
Kindly do the needful please.

Hi sir i'm a reliance dth customer i'm looking to change my dth to tata sky i call your service provider is given some id 1 week back but till now no one change my setup box ..if we not sure came i'm move another dth.
