[Resolved] Tata Sky — issue with the connection

From yesterday, i am getting message as weather is not good and unable to receive signal. I called tatasky customer care, they said you will be charged rs.150/- for the service engineer to visit my home to check the issue. If any damages or problem i am ready to bear the charge but for checking why should i pay. Service provider should take care of these things.
