Before three days, my antenna was signal loosed. I can contact customer care executive three times in three days. He escalated issues but technician are never come to resolve issues. How many days I'm waiting for the resolution. All of them concentrate on new connection but any of they never intrest in customer relationship and requirements. Escaped every day...
