[Resolved] Tata Sky — migration | |||
I am reliance customer with id[protected] and given request for migration from reliance to tata sky and got the sms that they will call in 72 hrs on saturday ie 28/10/17 and it's more then 6 days they did not turn up till now. Again i have given request and same reply 72 hrs then 48 hrs but no reply. So when tata will call and install. For adding customer they are not prompt after sale god knows. Can we expect good service from tata or shift to any other is better. Was this information helpful? | |||
Nov 4, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Company didn't call or solve. I called to them and given request for new connection and got the installation done. Actually they were suppose to call me but they fail. Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I am a reliance dth subscriber having active id no.[protected]. After giving a miss call I received a call from Tata Sky Customer care asking for my reliance subscriber Id. Having said the id, he told me that there is no such subscriber id exists and hence would not take booking request. I am really disappointed at their attitude towards new prospective customers.
