I have given complaint several times regarding your poor service. i hereby request two months free reception of malayalam language package as a compensation for your misbehavior. copies of my complaints attached herewith

I am not in a position to get smooth reception of your channels. i request you to take necessary steps to to include me in the lowermost tariff scheme with malayalam channels only. selection by your suggested methods do not work for me

I will be very happy if you give me your go down address so that I can parcel the dish antenna, set up box, cable, charger etc which are of no use for me at present
