[Resolved] Tata Sky — misbehaviour of tata sky technician and fraud | |||
I lodged a complaint for deinstallation and reinstalltion of my tatasky. The technician called me and said I am stuck in road because traffic police is there and I don't have helmet. So I went and brought him on my bike. From the time he came he was in hurry to leave. While removing the dish I helped him. When I was helping him he made me to do all the other things like removing the wire from window, winding the cable, holding the dish. I climbed the window and did his 90% of the work as a humanity. But at last he said I cannot carry this dish . Customer need to take to new location. I said him ok but during lodging the complaint they didn't tell me so I said it's ok now I will hold the dish n seat on Ur bike let's go to the new location. The technician rudely threw my dish on road and said " main aapka bojha nai dho sakta" and said I will not do. He misbehaved with me using bad words etc. I asked him to provide me his supervisor's number or u call I will talk .. then he started making excuses like my battery is dead I don't remember the number etc etc. After few minutes of arugement I asked him to leave my premises as he was total nonsense guy using inappropriate words. Later when I called customer care I told them the complete story they are saying me why didn't u asked us at the time of booking that customer needs to carry the dish. Moreover regarding the technician, they are saying why did u helped him now you need to pay tatasky money anyhow. Customer care people are giving some absurd reasons as if I am illiterate I don't know the facts. Till now I didn't get any feedback from tatasky. Even I asked them if my feed broke when the technician threw it on road, who was supposed to pay for that. It seems I need to allow the technician to seat on sofa provide him tea/coffee and I need to perform his work and finally pay theming to tatasky. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have made the DTH Tata sky recharge incorrectly against [protected] instead of [protected] with amount of 169 RS which was paid from axis bank account.
