[Resolved]  Tata Sky — misleading the customer through add on your base pack price showing difference under the channels in the pack.

Dear respective,
I am an ideal customer of tata sky last many years.in my subscriber id the dhamal mix annual pack was going.in this offer pack we were getting the facility of hd channels without any interruption. On 16.8.2017 the package has been expired. According to your add i have decided to put again the same pack semi annuals.
As per your add price of semiannual rs. 1695/- it is showing that hd channels also covered. I have been recharged on line on dt 17.8.2017 of rs. 1695/- but there is many variance upcoming on your declearance -

1. Hd channels are not covered in this pack price but you have not mentioned anywhere that additional charged to be paid for availing hd channels under this pack.
2. You have clearly not mention pack price + additional amount for hd channels to be paid by the customer.
3. You are not liable on your commitment.
4. I have been recharged of rs. 1695/- but balance amount isstill showing only rs.3/-.

Regarding above problems/matter i have talked to your tata sky no [protected] on dt 20.8.2017 timely 4.45 a. M. But after dissection with mr. Kranti have not satisfied me of my quarry and was not replied properly to the point.

Dear sir i would be oblige if you provide me the hd entertainment facility as per my expectation which covered the recharged amount & not to pay further additional amount for hd facility.
Please short out the matter within 7 days otherwise i will go through legally by forum.

My tata sky set up box not receiving signal subscriber id - [protected]. It says due to bad weather or cloudy but this is not the case. Weather is sunny and this is not for one day, since last 5 days it is happening and I am not able to watch tv. Please help
No signal from 4 days please check it and solve this problem. I don't see any channel because your poor service.
