[Resolved] Tata Sky — mismanaged multiple wrong information | |||
Horrible experience... Highly disorganized.. Multiple customer carr executives are assigned to the same casr and each gives different information. Highly disappointed.. I recieved a call a week and a half ago where the executive made a false commitment to free relocation under the urge of trying to sell his plan to achieve his monthly target.in the next call a different executive informed thag the relocation would be charged and the price is 800. Anyway.. After this information a request was raised for relocation where the executive took details of my previous address to relocate equipments and also checked availability of someone in the same adress so that the techinicians would reach at a time when someone would be present there. He further said the technicians would call and reach to unmount the equipments. Now again i receive a new information that the equipments need to be relocated by thr customer himself and they would install; despite having clearly mentioned that i would need tata sky to bring the equipments to the new location; the executive who hadi wonder if tata sky understands the meaning of the word relocation!! Moreover shame to the training team for not being able to groom the executives.. They lack telephone etiquette.. Do not know customer centricity... Was this information helpful? | |||
