[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Money charged has not refunded yet

I relocated and asked for installation along with HD upgrade for which I paid 999 for the HD box on 23rd June. The technician came in 24th June and completed the service and asked us the recharge to view the channel, so recharged for 300 which got deducted for installation charges, so we recharged for 500 but we were unable to see any channels so the technician said recharge for another 500 as there is technical error and the amount will get refunded but till date no amount credited and I have lost 1000 rupees . Multiple calls to customer care but no solution. My complain number is 2xws8ze2 which was to be resolved on July 4 but still pending.

After 2 months of complain, my case has been resolved. Tatasky agreed they had overcharged me and has refunded that amount back to my Tata sky account.
Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

In addition to this the complain that was registered on the website has also been closed by Tata sky customer care without my consent.

I get a call from customer care saying the amount deducted is for Tatasky HD installation charges . 990 for HD and 689 is installation charges. I have been an existing customer since 2009. And the HD upgrade was taken based on the offer. Please find screenshots for the same and how the account has changed over time. This is not done. Tata sky is liable to answer for the deduction on this platform.
