[Resolved] Tata Sky — money did not received even after 30 days | |||||
Hi All, I made a Tatasky recharge of 14789.00 mistakenly. Then I requested to refund the amount to my account, which Tatasky representative did on the same day and informed that it will be credited within 7 to 10 working days. But here after 20 working days, I have not receive the amount . Every time i can, they says we are transferring the call to accounts department but after keeping me on the queue for 20 min, they disconnect the call. I don't know how to get the money. Need help.
