[Resolved] Tata Sky — multi room connection charges

Earlier the multi room charges was rs 200/- per each multiform connection. After the new trai rule came to effect, tata sky has increased the charges 300%. (Rs. 600/- now). This is too much. This is really screwing the customer. Trai should take the note of this and do the necessary action.in what base they have increased the multi room charges so high?

2) there is no clarity of selecting the ala carte channels and pricing.

Tata Sky Customer Care's response Due to the implementation of the new Tariff order the input costs for MultiTV connections have increased, which has resulted in a marginal increase in MultiTV prices. However, continuing with a MultiTV connection is still more value for money than going for a new DTH/cable connection.
